Real Food Campaign Intensive
This summer, the Bionutrient Food Association launched the Real Food Campaign. The goal of this campaign is to further the mission of the BFA to “Increase Quality in the Food Supply”. This campaign is a three-pronged approach consisting of the following elements:
- Engineering, building and calibrating the hand-held Bionutrient Meter to give anyone the ability to test food quality with a flash of light in real time,
- Building the database of nutrient levels in crops with which to define relative quality in food,
- Establishing the open platform for collaborative research to support growers in making best practices management decisions to increase crop quality, soil and plant health, and economic viability.
We will proudly be presenting, in public, for the first time, the prototype Bionutrient Meter at this event.
This year’s pre-conference intensive will feature a detailed explanation of the Real Food Campaign, with rationale, strategy, progress report, as well as time for strategy discussions, questions, and comments.
The day will feature presentations from the key representatives of the campaign and leaders in the broader movement speaking from their perspectives about the importance and implications of the campaign. This event is an opportunity to network with some of the most important allies in the country and globally around our collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to increasing quality in the food supply.
We hope you will join us for this amazing dialogue at this important juncture in the food movement!
